Cancel Brizy Cloud

I tried several times to cancel my Brizy Cloud subscription before it renewed because it is too expensive and I am happy to continue with the Brizy Pro Lifetime WordPress account. It kept sending me on a never-ending loop and would not cancel. My registered credit card has expired and I did not update it so I gave up expecting that you would not be able to charge the card and it would effectively cancel the subscription. However, I received a receipt to renew Brizy Cloud Freelancer for another 12 months. Please cancel the subscription and refund the payment.

  We have cancelled your Freelancer Cloud plan and have refunded $197.34 to your payment method. This transaction should reflect in your card statement in 7-10 business days.
