change license contact and type
Hello, I am struggling to execute three changes with my brizy cloud.
1) Firstly, I edited my email from my direct email to accountingteam@bluestarpm.net successfully. However, I am failing at changing the billing contact to this email as well
2) I would like to change from our monthly plan to an annual $95 plan with black friday, there is not a button to click to do this. When I click change license, it gives me the option for white labeling and other expensive things, but doesn't show the annual license anywhere. I do see that I have the option of canceling my monthly, but then it said that this will lose my storage and custom url capabilities, which I am not trying to do.
3) I would like to change my user name from my name to something company related. This login will only be used for my business Blue Star Property Management in the future. Perhaps the login should be bluestar_pm or similar, instead?

1. To update the billing contact, please click the "Update" button.

2. Please go ahead and purchase the subscription directly from our website at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud. Once you've completed the purchase, let us know, and we will cancel your current monthly subscription.
3. For now, the name that appears in the Account tab will be the username that shows up in this support thread. Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer an option to change the username directly, but you can update your account name as needed in the Account tab of your account console.
