Refund because site closed

Hello the project was canceled and closed... Can I have 1 refund please ?

  Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for renewal payments. As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions

  "Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year" 

  We have cancelled your subscription to Personal WordPress plan and it is scheduled to expire on December 1, 2025.
