What ever I do brizy pro wont let me add images on the page

I have currently have brizy on 2 different sites, but while it work perfect on one of them it dont let me upload photos on the other. is it a plug in crash or is it something else? Brizy says that the photo has wrong file format on the site it dont work whilst it is no problem on the other site.

  There may be a configuration issue or conflict on the site where Brizy isn’t allowing photo uploads. To further troubleshoot this issue, please refer to the steps described on this article and see if this helps:
