Move "tag ALL" Gallery to the last

My gallery has 50 images. I group the topics by tags. Is there a way to move "tag All" to the last. Tag all at the fist makes all the images show up and the website design is very bad. On mobile it's even worse, you need to swipe through 50 images to see the content underneath. I need you guys to bring "TAG ALL" to the last
