Brizy frontend editor not working

Hi there,

Brizy editor has stopped working on a live website. Whenever I click edit with Brizy the spinning animation on the black background appears and doesn't progress from there.

I have a staging site on the same server with the same settings and it works fine. When I pushed the staging to the production site, the editor stopped working, all I get is the spinning animation.

  Hello David,

  Security software installed in your WordPress instance can interfere with Brizy's functoning. To identify the interfering software, kindly do these tests and get back to us with your finding.

  1. One of the possible reasons is the ModSecurity in cPanel blocking HTTP requests above a certain size. In your hosting control Panel, kindly check if ModSecurity is enabled.
     
     Kindly disable ModSecurity temporarily and check if that helps you save changes to a Brizy page. 
     
  2. If you have installed WordFence, kindly deactivate it temporarily and check if it helps to save Brizy pages.
  3. If you are using any other security/firewall in your server, you could also try disabling it temporarily to identify the interfering software.
