Editor Freezing

Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know I've been trying to upload media and photos into the editor and every time it opens the dialog box to upload media the editor freezes and greys over. Is there something wrong on my end, possibly? Let me know.

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  This often occurs when the file size or image is too large. One way to resolve it is by converting the image to WebP format.

  You can download a WebP converter for Mac/Windows from this link: https://vertexshare.com/webp-converter.html (you need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the download links)

  This tool allows you to optimize and convert your images to web-friendly formats. It currently supports compression and conversion for JPG, PNG, and WebP. I recommend optimizing your images before uploading them to your site.

  

  If the issue persists, please try uploading in incognito mode or use a different browser to see if that helps.
