    Hello Martin,

A plugin in your WordPress Dashboard could be interfering with the Brizy submenu's functionality. Please deactivate each of these plugins individually and see whether the problem still exists in order to determine which plugin is at odds.

If the Brizy sub menu starts working well by deactivating one of the plugins, it points towards an incompatibility between Brizy and the specific plugin. Kindly get back to us with your finding.

    Hi Martin,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

The issue seems to be caused by a hard cache, and we selected all three options to resolve it.

Clearing the browser cache also helped.

Please clear your browser cache or try using a different browser to test on your end.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi,

it is strange... I have already tried clearing the cache but it didn't work out. Now it seems  everything is up and running again.

    Thanks you!
