    We provide refunds up to 30 days from the purchase date. It takes some time to become acquainted with a new page builder. If you'd like, you can spend extra time getting to know the product. You have until December 20th to request for a refund. Courses such as https://www.brizy.io/website-crash-course-wordpress can help you dive deeper.

    You have mentioned "Header and footer automatically is in invisible mode and need to make it visible to be viewed on the actual site" This is not true. You also said "Pages are to be arranged by going to the menu in the default theme in the word press" What you mean here is unclear.

    We’re sorry to hear that you found the editing process challenging. If you could provide us with the steps you took, we’d be happy to help address the issues and make the process easier for you. Often, there are quick solutions to problems like making headers and footers visible or organizing pages in the menu.  

    Kindly confirm if you would like to cancel and get a refund immediately or take time to explore the product a bit more and request for a refund later.
