How to get my refund?

I thought Brizy would be easier to edit within the Brizy template. But seems not so. Header and footer automatically is in invisible mode and need to make it visible to be viewed on the actual site. Pages are to be arranged by going to the menu in the default theme in the word press. I find it little complicated for me. So please issue a refund. Thank you!

  You have mentioned "Header and footer automatically is in invisible mode and need to make it visible to be viewed on the actual site" This is not true. You also said "Pages are to be arranged by going to the menu in the default theme in the word press" What you mean here is unclear.
