Webhook Submissions Not Reaching External Automation Platforms Despite Successful Test

Hi,

I'm encountering an issue where my form webhooks are not successfully reaching external automation platforms.

Current situation:

• When testing the webhook URL using webhook-test.com, the submissions are successful and data is received
• However, when the same webhook URL is used with Taskmagic and Albato, no data is reaching these platforms
• The form submissions are completing successfully from the user's perspective

 

I understand the webhooks app is implemented by Zapier. Are there any limitations or restrictions on this when sending webhooks to specific platforms? If so, are there any solutions or workarounds to this?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If the webhook works using webhook-test.com, it should also work with other platforms. If possible, enable debug logging on Taskmagic and Albato, as it may provide more insights into why the webhook data isn't being received. If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to the support teams of Taskmagic, Albato, or Zapier for further guidance on webhook compatibility and any platform-specific restrictions.

  Hello Kyle,

  If you are using Webhooks by Zapier to integrate a Brizy form with Taskmagic or Albato please keep in mind that it is a premium feature. You will need the Zapier Professional plan or above to use webhooks. If you are on the Zapier free plan, webhooks will not work. 

  

  Webhooks by Pabbly Connect is a free service (with a limit on 100 tasks every month). Kindly use Pabbly Connect to integrate your Brizy form with Taskmagic or Albato by following a similar process to that explained at Connect Brizy Form Fields to Moosend with Pabbly FREE | Webhooks
