Custom Subject Line

I am creating a form on a website.

The customer will use the form to submit an enquiry on something they have seen on the page they were on.

To make it easier for them I dont want to have them type it our everytime ie the Page title. 

Is there a way to automatically make the page tittle the subject line of the form that will be sent?

Its for tours and travel and we have many packages, i want the subject line to be dynamic to the post/ page title they are currently viewing

  Hi Baru,  

  Thank you for reaching out.  

  Unfortunately, it's not possible to include the page title in the subject line. However, you can enable the URL Meta Data, which will include the page URL in the resulting email. You can see how this works in this screencast: https://youtu.be/9H1hGkard-Q

  Additionally, Meta Data is available when using SMTP or Gmail in your contact form.
