Cancel payment and cancel subscription

Hi,
following the links to deactivate my subscription I continually end up in a loop and it does not allow me to confirm the cancellation.
How can I do it?

  Hello Daniele,

  The form at https://www.brizy.io/cancel does not immediately cancel your subscription; but makes a cancellation request. Brizy Support manually cancel subscriptions. We are happy to assist you with your cancellation request.

  Would you please let us know the reason for cancelling your Brizy Pro Studio plan? Once we hear from you, we will process your cancellation request.
