Bought a Life Brizy Pro Subscription, tried to post a website and count got downgraded.

    You have purchased these two plans 

    1. Brizy Pro Lifetime: You bought this plan in September 2021 with access to Brizy Cloud Pro elements on unlimited websites
    2. Personal Cloud: You bought this plan yesterday with access to 1 Pro website and unlimited free websites

    One of the plans you bought supports unlimited websites with access to Pro elements whereas the other plan restricts Pro access to a single website. These two plans cannot be stacked in a single account because of their conflicting features.

    Brizy Cloud supports two types of dashboards.

    • Dashboard V1: Supports unlimited plans with no limits on the number of PRO licenses. Your purchase of Brizy Pro Lifetime plan gave you access to this dashboard since it includes access to Pro elements on unlimited websites
    • Dashboard V2: This dashboard supports plans with fixed number of PRO licenses. Your dashboard was switched to this version after you recently purchased the Personal Cloud plan.

    Dashboard V2 is appropriate for the Personal Cloud subscription, whereas Dashboard V1 is appropriate for the Brizy Pro Lifetime plan. The stacking of two plans that are incompatible with one another is the cause of the problem you are currently experiencing. Please consider these two options to fix this problem.

    • Cancel Personal Cloud plan: You have the option to cancel this plan, get a refund and have your Dashboard switched to V1. This will allow you to keep the access to Pro elements on unlimited websites
    • Transfer Personal Cloud plan: You also have the option to sign up for a new Brizy Cloud account and transfer the Personal Cloud plan there.
