Cancel recent bill? I bought the AppSumo deal before that

Hey! Could you refund my latest bill? I had already bought the AppSumo deal before that but didn't have the opportunity to activate it earlier.

 

So now I'm on the LTD plan but I still got billed for an extra year. Could you refund the latest bill please? I have no use for the wordpress plugin.

  Hi Sallamo-Lavi,

  Your Brizy Cloud Personal plan got renewed for another year on November 18, 2024 because your subscription is active and not cancelled. Regretfully, renewals are not eligible for refunds; only new purchases are.

  We can cancel this plan immediately so that it does not get renewed in November 2025.  Kindly confirm.

  We have cancelled your Agency plan and it is scheduled to expire on December 30, 2024.
