    Hi Eilidh,

Sorry about that, I have inspected your site. It looks like you've already found a better plugin for your gallery images.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

    I'm afraid not.

To summarise we have been trying to use Envira Gallery but it would seem this does not integrate well with Brizy or Brizy templates. This has resulted in an extensive manual undertaking from our end.

In addition as we cannot use the Album feature of Envira Gallery so are having to 'hodge podge' things by using the Brizy Gallery. The latter is still the case and the screen recording is still relevant.

So any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Eilidh

    Hi Eilidh,

Could you clarify what was happening in the previous screencast? I attempted to access your site to review the issue, but it seems the credentials are no longer working.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Eilidh,

In your screenast, were you trying to update an image? If that was what you were trying to do, you can add images in the gallery by selecting properties and hit the four boxes to reveal the gallery images already present.

To add images, click on the plus icon. You can also re-arrange the gallery images by dragging the image thumbnails to the position you prefer.

In your screecast, I also noticed that images moving slowly after you have uploaded a file. It appears that the gallery images hasn't fully loaded while you were uploading the image. You can improve this by increasing the PHP memory limit to improve loading of the gallery images when editing your pages.

For more details, please refer to this link: https://aioseo.com/docs/increase-wordpress-php-memory-limit/

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
