Downgraded Account Issue and Countdown Timer Malfunction

Today, I encountered two problems that I would like to bring to your attention.

Downgraded Account Issue. I kindly request that you check my account status. I am currently subscribed to a Lifetime PRO account, but when I log in to my account, it appears that I am being placed on the FREE plan instead. Countdown Timer Malfunction. Additionally, I created a site for testing purposes where I implemented a countdown timer feature. The expectation was that once the timer reached zero, it would redirect users to a specific page. However, it seems that the redirection is not functioning as intended, and the timer does not redirect to the designated destination URL. - Downgraded Account Issue: You can activate PRO features on a project by selecting the "Activate PRO" option in your project thumbnail.

Similarly, you can deactivate PRO features on a project by selecting the "Deactivate PRO" option in your project thumbnail.
The AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan you have bought gives you access to 5 PRO licenses. You can activate PRO features on 5 projects.
- The Countdown Timer has no option to redirect users to a specific URL on finishing the count down. When the count down finishes, you can either hide the counter or show a message

For my #1 case , I can understand your explanation.
As for my second case, that is not true.
I believe that Brizy have the capability to redirect users to a specific URL once the countdown has finished. Just a few days ago, I successfully implemented an automatic redirect feature on a website.
