I cannot cancel my subscription.
I need to cancel my subscription as I will be closing my business and this website is not allowing me to. It keeps brining me back to my payment status and the "proceed to cancel" button, with no progress, just round about.
Please cancel my subscription. I need a confirmation as well.
I need this done ASAP. It makes me feel like this website is intentionally giving customers the round about so we don't cancel. It is awful.
