    Hi Yves,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Did you happen to make any changes to the DNS records recently? My colleague confirmed that there are currently no DNS records set up for email.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi

This one for example (the client told me)

This other one (I did this page yesterday and tried the form several times to deliver to the client today, worked fine yesterday ), now doesn’t anymore, of course I had to delay the delivery

The basic error message displays each time you try to submit something

I have tried others too and there are many, across several accounts

I honestly don’t have time to check them all today 😌😌

    Please let me know

No I didn’t change anything in the DSN section

The last change I made was for the requested DNS change after the SSL renewal

the form on this page was working fine yesterday I can assure you

    Should I worry ?

are we talking about the preview domain (webopale.co) of the main domain (webopale.agency) ? I dndi't change anything anyway

    Hi Yves,

Thank you for your cooperation. The forms appear to be working at my end.

However, I’ll have someone look into this issue and will get back to you as soon as I have an update.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Yves,

DNS records are crucial, as emails may not function properly without them. I’ve created a private ticket so one of my colleagues can assist you further with this issue.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I didn't touch anything, that's what I find the whole thing disturbing, everything was ok yesterday, not ok this morning for several hours, and back again...I checked and there are mail entries in the DNS (webopale.agency)

Ariel, I have just replied to you via mail :

    Hey

How is it that it was working fine yesterday ? How is it it’s working again now after several hours not functioning ? Again, I didn’t change anything between yesterday and right now

It’s fine again now, I havent changed anything

I remember this mail (about the DNS setting to be changed because of the renewal of the SSL, like every year

I still have this EXCEL file (see screenshot), there’s no mention of DNS entries for mail for the preview domain (webopale.co)

sorry you were talking about webopale.agency, my bad

the thins is the DNS are there (secreenshot)

I have just noticed that the "name" property for the 2 settings is set to "mail" in GoDaddy, where the value is "mail-cloud" in the excel file, can it be the problem ? Should I change the name of the entries ?

byt the way, if this was supposed to be updated, your colleague didn't not tell em about it a few weeks ago when I had to update a record following thr renewal of SLL, it was stated that only this particular change should be made to the preview domain, no mention at all about changes in the mail entries of the main domain

    Thanks
