Unable to cancel subscription

I am having troubles cancelling my subscription - I get to the "request cancellation" and then it just loops me from "Are you sure?" to "request cancellation" and then back around.

  Confirmed - all websites are abandoned or transferred. Please cancel my subscription.

  We have cancelled your Brizy PRO Studio subscription and it is scheduled to expire on December 1, 2024.
