How do I request a refund of the yearly subscription, I no longer want this product as the mobile performance is terrible

    Please confirm your decision to cancel your Personal WordPress subscription on or before December 3rd and we will cancel your subscription and refund your payment.

    To further improve the mobile performance, kindly consider these suggestions

    • Fix the console errors: There are a few browser console errors on your website. Have a look at https://jmp.sh/HJz0pVYM  A Brizy Pro JS file is missing on your website. Deleting and reinstalling Brizy Pro may help fix this issue.  A WordPress core file /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is also missing. To resolve the missing file issue, kindly get in touch with your hosting company.
    • WhatsApp Icon. Remove the Floating Chat Widget Chaty plugin and use the Brizy Icon element to implement the WhatsApp chat icon. Get back to us if you require more instructions. Your website's plugin code will be reduced as a result.
    • Deactivate a plugin: Deactivate and delete the "WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click" plugin. With the help of a browser extension, one can right-click and even download content from the website even if the plugin is present. For example, on your page, I could right-click and open Chrome Devtools. The performance of the website can be enhanced by removing this plugin.

    Your GT Metrix is only testing desktop performance which was never an issue, I already solved the console error, they were new and did not affect the performance.

    I have tested Brizy in diverse ways, even if it's the only active plugin the mobile performance was still terrible always under 60%

    I just want a refund

    We have cancelled your Personal WordPress plan and have refunded $59.00 to your payment method. This payment should reflect in your card statement within 7-10 business days.
