    Hi Thorsten,  

    Thank you for reaching out to us.  

    If you're updating a page with an existing form, could you try duplicating the form and reconfiguring it? If the duplicated form functions correctly, you can then delete the original one.  

    If you're creating a new form on a specific page and the menu for showing email or apps isn't working, please try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser to see if that helps.  

    Please give this a try and let me know how it goes.
