Brizy LTD and Appsumo Code
I am the owner of Brizy LTD. I recently purchased and activated the Appsumo Code, and then I lost my unlimited workspaces and unlimited pro sites.

Hi Johnny,
My apologies for the inconvenience.
The dashboards for the Brizy PRO Lifetime plan and the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan you recently purchased are not compatible, and these two plans cannot be stacked in a single account.
We recommend adding the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan to a new account. Please sign up for a separate account here using an alternate email address: https://www.brizy.io/account/signup. Once you've completed this, let us know, and we’ll move your new subscription to the new account.
Best regards,

Hello, is this not considering the overlap? I don't really like having two accounts.

Hello Johnny,
Brizy Cloud supports two types of dashboards.
- Dashboard v1. This dashboard supports unlimited plans with no limits on the number of PRO licenses
- Dashboard V2: This dashboard supports plans with fixed number of PRO licenses
Since the Brizy PRO LTD plan offers unlimited BRizy Cloud PRO websites and the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan fixed number of PRO websites, it is technically not feasible to stack both plans into a single account. If you do not like to have two accounts, the only option maybe to cancel your AppSumo plan and get a refund.

So, if I create another account and then join the LTD workspace, can the new account set a custom domain for the website of this workspace?

Hello Johnny,
Let's say you have two accounts
- Unlimited PRO account with Brizy PRO LTD
- Fixed PRO account with AppSumo plan
There are two possible scenarios
- You create a project in the Fixed PRO account, activate a PRO license in your project and add the first account as a Team Member to the workspace. The custom domain publishing will be enabled in your project because the second account is the Admin for the project and it has PRO licenses to publish using custom domains
- You add a project in the first account and add the second account as a Team Member to the workspace. The custom domain publishing option will not be enabled in the project because the Admin for the project does not have PRO licenses with custom domain publishing option.

Can the website from workspace1 be transferred to workspace2?

Hello Johnny,
Yes; you can migrate a project from account 1 to account 2 using the project cloning feature. Have a look at Clone Entire Projects with URL in Brizy Cloud in under 15 seconds! for the procedure.

Thank you for your response. I've decided to give it a try first. Can you tell me your email address? I’d like to send you my two email accounts privately, as I'm not very comfortable exposing my email address here.
