Renew my subscription

Hi guys.

My subscription will be renewed next Novembre 19, last year when i purchased Freelancer WordPress plan, i got a black friday promo, so i would like to know if it´s posible to get the same discount or even if the black friday promo will be launched in time to proceed renew my subscription.

Is very important to me becaise i am a solo entrepeneur, at this moment if i have to pay U$108, i will have to stop  my subscription.

  Hello Fabio,

  The Black Friday promotional discount of 50% applies only for the first year and for the subsequent years, your renewal price is $108. The Black Friday promotion for this year is likely to run from November 29 to December 6.

  You have the option to cancel your subscription now and buy a new subscription with 50% discount during the Black Friday promo. Please be aware that if you follow this approach, all of your Brizy licenses will expire on the 19th. After you buy the new plan, you will need to generate fresh Brizy Pro licenses and replace the licenses that have expired in all of your Brizy projects.

  Refunds are not available for renewals. Therefore If you want to cancel your subscription, kindly notify us by the 18th.

  Hello K.C Thanks for youre reply. The problem is: How can i will know wich licences i have to generate ir if i cancel my current subscription until 19th? Will i have acces to my licences in my dashboard? It means, cani i see them even that they are not actvated?. Is this the only way to get the black friday promo? Why can,t apply the to the current subscrption in 29th of this month?

  Hello Fabio,

  All of your licenses will expire on the 19th if you decide to cancel your subscription. Despite not being able to use them, you might be able to view your licenses in your account. You will have to regenerate and replace all your licenses once you make a new purchase.  

  Only new purchases are eligible for the Black Friday promotion; renewals are not. You are unable to apply it to your existing subscription because of this.

  Now i think that i understood...I can have more than one subscription in my brizy dashboard, it means that is just purchase a new freelance wordpress or another subscription, and it will be add in my brizy dasboard. What i have to do is generate new licences in the new subscription and change one by one in my sites that has the licences of the old subscrption that will expires 19th November...isn´t it?

  I´ll wait utill 29 of this month to purchase a new subscrpition in black friday

  Hi KC.

  I don´t have money in my payment method. That´s why I´m asking you since the begining what happened if i leave my current subscription with no payment. Can i see all my licenses even that they are expired? I´ll buy anoher plan in Black Friday and generate new licenses. I am just want to see all of my expired licenses where they are (sites), that´s it.

  Hello Fabio,

  Expired licenses do not get deleted automatically from your WordPress projects.

  I know, as you said, is just generate new licenses from my new subscription (i will purchase it when BF launch) and replace them...isn´t it?
