I don't understand the difference between Content section and SEO section per page as shown here. Should both the Content and SEO sections be filled out, and should they have the same text?

Hello Ray
The "Page Title" is the visible title of a webpage that appears in the browser tab, whereas the "SEO Title" is the title used in search engine results page. The Page Title is primarily for user experience, providing a clear indication of the page's content, while the SEO Title is for search engine ranking, aiming to include relevant keywords to attract clicks.
Similarly, a "Page Description" is the general description of a web page, while an "SEO Description" is a concise summary specifically written to appear under the SEO Title on search results, designed to prompt users to click on the link.
Usually the "Content" section is filled out when you add a page. If you do not provide separate SEO Title and description, the Page Title and description will be reused here. If you like the SEO Title and description to be different compared to Page Title and Description, kindly fill out this section.
