Appsumo and Billing
Hi there,
We need your help with 2 things:
1. appsumo purchase:
I bought brizy cloud on apssumo and have an existing brizy cloud studio subscription. How do I integrate the newly bought one?
2. Billing
I've been billed Aug 2024 even if it's supposed to be every 2 years.
I would appreciate your prompt response on these matters. Thanks.

- AppSumo plan: The AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan and Brizy PRO Studio plan uses two different Brizy Cloud dashboards and hence both cannot be stacked in a single account. Kindly sign up for a new Brizy account and redeem your AppSumo codes in the new account.
- Billing: Brizy PRO Studio plan is an annual plan and it renews every year. The renewal date mentioned in your dashboard of July 31, 2026 is due to an error in our Billing software. Your renewal will be on July 31, 2025

You have mentioned that the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan and Brizy PRO Studio plan can't be stacked in a single account.
Upon redeeming the appsumo lifetime plan, I created a new account (iltaph.admn@gmail.com) and when I went to proceed to Step 7, it picked up the old account (iltaph@yahoo.com)that was also logged in on my browser, which already has an active subscription . So now, I have the PRO lifetime account and Cloud studio on my dashboard.can you provide us more guidance on this? and if it's possible to move the lifetime plan to iltaph.admn@gmail.com?
