    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Here are a few steps you can try to further troubleshoot this issue.

    1. Try using another browser or try using incognito mode and see if this helps.

    2. If you have an older version of PHP on your server, please try updating it to PHP v8.0 or higher.

    3. If nothing helps, also try to reset your account password by going to your account dashboard, click on account and go to settings.  After doing so, please try to reconnect your account and see if this solves the issue.

    Hello

    Thanks for the quick response

    Tried all 3 options,

    Firefox/Brave/Safari/Vivaldi,
    PHP is v8.1.29
    and reset my password in account settings

    still getting 'Unsuccesful sync'

    Please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

    Hi

    Sorry websites are currently local ones ready to be moved to the cloud version

    Also this morning I tried one of the local sites which has very little in it and it synced ok, the main one, which has been updated to version 2.6.0 now says 

    'Your Plugin version is incompatible with Account version. please update plugin'

    Also I changed my account password last night and logged in ok, this morning the new password is not recognised but the old one works?

    Does the cloud dashboard have a different password to the account/wordpress plugin ?

    Hi Andrew,

    We recently released updates for both Brizy and Brizy Pro. The update for Brizy Cloud will be rolled out next, and once it’s available, it should resolve the issue.
