Unable to integrate form to mail server

I have created a form of enquiry in my website. I'm trying to integrate it to the SMTP server as the email address is a company email address. I have entered all the exact details and received a message that it was successfully connected. But when I test it, I get that email was not sent. I need to fix this asap.

  SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: info@abcprintshop.com.au: <unknown[2a02:4780:11:1598:0:1bb0:376:1]>: Client host rejected: Access denied\r\n"

   
  "The following recipients failed" means that your SMTP server may have some restrictions and the email could not be sent to the specific email address at the time the form was submitted.  "Client host rejected means" that your SMTP server rejected your website domain abcprintshop.com.au. Access was denied to send email from the domain abcprintshop.com.au.

  You may need to configure your SMTP server to allow sending emails from abcprintshop.com.au domain. You may also need to check with the SMTP host why the delivery to the specific email address has failed

  Feel free to use the tool https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test to test your SMTP settings before using it in your Brizy form

  Thank you for your help. The issue was with the field values that I have provided. I have entered From email and turned on the Authentication. It works now.
