Is there a Table of Contents Element tutorial?

Not very clear on how to use it.  Also does it support the linking of each item listed to its corresponding page?

  Hi Jason,

  Thank you for reaching out. To use the Table of Contents element, simply drag it into a sidebar or column, and it should work right away. You can filter the headings you want to include in the list, as demonstrated below:
