Issues with Brizy speed
Hi there,
We're having an issue with the speed Brizy that keeps timing the site out.
"brizy" and / or "brizy_pro" are making multiple connection to the website https://www.cb.freshhq.co.uk/, causing the CPU limits to be hit and also causing a database connection error. See below:
Can you advise?
Thanks,
Darren
Also in the error log there are lots of lines of errors as follows:
07-Nov-2024 13:56:20 UTC] PHP Warning: Attempt to read property "post_type" on null in /home/cbfreshhqco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/admin/blocks/main.php on line 207 [07-Nov-2024 13:56:20 UTC] PHP Warning: Attempt to read property "ID" on null in /home/cbfreshhqco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/admin/blocks/main.php on line 208

Hi Darren,
Thank you for contacting us.
We've noticed this issue with domains that use the 'www' subdomain. It seems like a glitch from the recent update. To fix this, try removing 'www' from your production site. Go to Settings > General and remove "www" from your Home and Site URL, then save your changes.

After this, you might need to flush the permalinks as an extra step. You can find instructions here: https://wpastra.com/docs/how-to-refresh-wordpress-permalinks.Please give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
Best regards,

Hi there,
Yes, that seems to have worked. Though it's not ideal.
Is this something you're going to fix?
Thanks,
