Urgent: Save Issues and Global Blocks Not Showing

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Brizy editor on my site. When I try to edit a page and save the changes, I get the following error messages: "Unable to save this page" and "This page needs a refresh. You have probably updated this page (or another page) in another tab or browser." However, I have not opened this page in any other tab or browser.

I have tried several solutions: clearing both browser and plugin caches, deactivating all other plugins to check for conflicts, increasing the PHP memory limit, and checking server write permissions. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Another issue: my "global" blocks (footer and header) no longer appear on my site...

Could you please help me identify and resolve the cause of this problem?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please review your server settings again to ensure they meet the following requirements?

  max_execution_time: 300
  max_input_vars: 6000
  memory_limit: 512M (or higher for best results)
  post_max_size: 128M
  upload_max_filesize: 128M

  Brizy relies on the server's PHP and MySQL configurations for processing and saving content, and issues such as insufficient PHP memory or input settings can interfere with the save function.
