    Hi Jesper,

Please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

In the meantime, could you please verify if you can replicate the issue when all other third-party plugins are disabled, leaving only Brizy, Brizy Pro and Yoast active?

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

I can confirm I've disabled all other plugins and just tried with Brizy, Brizy Pro and Yoast - I've also tried using a default theme.

I've sent the logininformation via mail.

    Hi Jesper,

    Thank you for the update.

It seems that this issue is related to server limitations. Brizy relies on the server's PHP and MySQL configurations for processing and saving content, and issues such as insufficient PHP memory or input settings can interfere with the save function.

To resolve this, please update the following settings in the php.ini file, or contact your hosting provider to assist with these adjustments:

    max_execution_time: 300
    max_input_vars: 6000
memory_limit: 512M (or higher for best results)
    post_max_size: 128M
    upload_max_filesize: 128M

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.
