    Hi Trinidad,

Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the new AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan isn’t compatible with stacking on your existing subscriptions. To address this, please consider creating a second Brizy account and transferring the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan to that new account. If you could provide an alternate email address for this subscription, we’ll get it set up for you.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I understand. I have created a new account to move the Appsumo plan. The email would be trinilup@icloud.com

I appreciate you being able to help me with that.

    Hi Thea,

You had access to 3 PRO websites from the AppSumo Deal 2019 and 10 PRO websites from the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024.  A total of 13 PRO licenses are allotted to your account. Can you describe the issue you are facing with your account?
