Mobile view completely disappeared (all white), tablet view and desktop view are working fine

One page of my website unexpectedly no longer has a mobile view. When I want to edit the mobile view, the screen turns completely white and no longer shows any content. Desktop and tablet view are working perfectly and can be edited.

  Hi Jens,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Could you please switch to mobile view and click on the "eye" icon near the publish button? It’s possible that the elements are hidden in mobile view.

  Hi Ariel,

  no change. It looks like the mobile view is "deleted", but with no effect on desktop and tablet view. The problem occurs only on this page. Other pages are not affected.

  Hi Jens,

  Thank you for your cooperation. Upon checking, it appears the issue is coming from the Hero block. When this block is removed, the other blocks in mobile view become visible: https://youtu.be/0_31ilD7LLI

  Please try deleting the Hero block and rebuilding it.
