Issue with License and custom domain

Hi, I bought a deal in 2019 that included 3 hosted domains. I recently purchased a code for 5 hosted domains, which was supposed to bring my total to 8 hosted domains with a custom domain feature. However, after adding the new code, my dashboard now shows a FREE project that I created using the old deals and with a custom domain.

I can see both deals under https://www.brizy.io/account/member

But under https://www.brizy.io/account/softsale/license, it only displays 1 license key.

Please check what features have been added and whether this will affect my old hosted sites. How many sites can I host with the new AI features and custom domains?

I also want to know if I can create blogs using Brizy and if there are any limitations on the number of users who can visit the site or on bandwidth. Can you share a video on how to create complete blog sites?
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  Hello,

  You are right; you have access to 8 PRO licenses in your account, 3 from AppSumo Deal 2019 and 5 from AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024. You have 3 PRO projects in your account and can activate PRO features on 5 more projects. FREE and PRO labels on your project thumbnails help you identify FREE and PRO features activated on a project.

  

   

  You can activate PRO features on a project by selecting the "Activate PRO" option in your project thumbnail.

  

  You can deactivate PRO features on a project by selecting the "Deactivate PRO" option in your project thumbnail.

   

  The PRO projects have access to PRO builder elements and can be published using a custom domain. The FREE projects have access to FREE builder elements and can be published on a brizy.site subdomain, using Server Sync, HTML Export or 3rd Party Free hosting options.

  As part of your AppSumo Deal 2019, you have also received 1 WordPress License. You can see the WordPress license at www.brizy.io/account/softsale/license 

  You can can create blogs using Brizy Cloud and there are no limitations on the number of users who can visit the site or on bandwidth. Have a look at Blogging in Brizy Cloud 2023 for a playlist of tutorials on Brizy Cloud blogging. You could look at these tutorials to get started.
