Need urgent help: my brizy cloud agency login broke, and I'm locked out!
Hello everyone, Till is my name...still a noob to brizy and wanted to start a new client's site this weekend on brizy, but found that I can't even log into my dashboard anymore.
During "early days" brizy agency roll-out, I set up my account with them to use a custom subdomain with my professional domain name (admin.), but I recently went through a complete registrar migration of all my domains, and I lost the dns settings for my professional domain.
when I now try to log into brizy cloud, it tries to route me to admin.mydomain.com, which can't be resolved anymore.
How can I get back in? So much work to do this weekend, and no access to creating a new site and building pages...what to do?
What are the DNS settings for the agency account login or is there some other way to get back in? Please help, someone!
I am worried that this is something that I can only solve with brizy tech support, and being a Saturday night (here in Berlin Germany) and tomorrow being Sunday, I am getting that sinking feeling...
