Hi Brizy Support Team,

First, I want to say how much I’m enjoying Brizy! The platform is fantastic, and I’m excited to get everything working smoothly. I have a few issues I’m hoping you can help me with so I can make the most out of my forms and user experience.

1. Phone Number Input Formatting:
   I’m trying to format a phone number field in my form to automatically display as (nnn) nnn-nnnn as the user types, and to ensure that only numeric values are entered. I’ve tried several JavaScript methods, but it seems that the platform might restrict custom code interactions with the form fields in real-time. Could you confirm if there’s a way to set up this kind of input mask directly in Brizy?

2. URL Validation:
   I also need to validate a domain name field in the form to confirm that only valid URLs are entered. Is there a built-in feature for this, or would this require custom JavaScript validation?

3. Email Send After Form Submission:
   I am testing the email send feature after form submission, and I’ve set up the sender email, subject line, and from name. However, in my testing, I am not receiving the email as the form submitter. Is there any additional configuration needed to ensure this email is sent to the person submitting the form?

4. Accessing the Subscribers List:
   On the email setup screen, there’s a note that says, “Subscribers will automatically be synced to your Cloud list.” Could you explain where I can access this list of subscribers? I want to be able to view and manage the list of form submissions effectively.

  Hello Jol,

  Going over your questions

  1. Phone Number Input Formatting:
     Regretfully, Brizy Cloud lacks the flexibility to allow customizations using external code. It isn't possible to format the phone number field using JavaScript code.

  2. URL Validation:
     Brizy form does not support URL validations. Custom validations using JavaScript is also not possible. Consider embedding an external form which supports URL validations. Here are a few form builders you could checkout

  3. Email Send After Form Submission:
     Users usually receive email notifications from Brizy Cloud. If the notification email is in the SPAM folder, you may need to whitelist the address notifications@brizy.cloud. If you are unable to resolve this issue, kindly share with the us the URL of the form page. We will take a look. 

  4. Accessing the Subscribers List:
     Leads you have received from your Brizy form is available under the "Leads" option in your project thumbnail
