Is sync offline?

I've just tried to launch a new website via sync.

I downloaded the file, uploaded to server, adjusted htaccess, moved to public folder and I'm getting a 500 error at the server and at brizy, it isn't showing a connection. What is going on?

The site in question is https://admin.brizy.io/projects/21192174/

I am launching it at bettersearch.io

  Hello David,

  The Sync feature has been working fine. I recently synced https://restaurant-1.brizy.site/ to https://www.serversync.brizy.online/

  I receive  a 403 Forbidden error when accessing the URL https://bettersearch.io/ 

  

  Server security configurations could be interfering with the sync process. Some investigation is required to get to the root cause.
