Issue with borders

I am building a coming soon page - https://robbier28.sg-host.com/ - the border on desktop is a dotted circle line (The way it should be) on mobile it shows a dotted square line. How do I change this? It only happens on iOS

  I checked your page on an Android device. The border is a dotted circle line. Please have a look at https://jmp.sh/jBdGzX4M. There isn't much we can do to address the issue right now since it is a browser/OS specific. We apologise for the inconvenience.
