Concern Regarding Deal Changes for Self-Hosted Sites
I have a concern regarding my account. I purchased this deal back in 2019 with a single code, which included a promise of 3 hosted domains and unlimited self-hosted sites.
Recently, I expanded to 50 sites (with 10 codes), and I’m now noticing that all my previously self-hosted sites are being forced to upgrade to PRO. This upgrade requirement restricts my access to essential features like the Header and Footer on those sites, made with brizy, rendering them practically unusable.
This limitation is far from what was originally promised, and I’m hoping to find a resolution that respects the initial terms of the deal.

AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 and AppSumo Deal 2019 use two distinct dashboards. Unfortunately, if you stack both deals within the same account, you will not be able to access PRO elements in FREE projects due to the difference in dashboards. You must create a new Brizy account and move the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 LTD there, in order to keep using the complimentary access to PRO elements in free projects.

this is unacceptable - this should have been informed to me before in the deal page.
I want to refund all the 10 codes that i bought from appsumo and return to the old deal.
Let me know how to do that.

Kindly request AppSumo for a refund. Once you receive a refund confirmation from AppSumo, we can delete the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan from your account and restore your dashboard to its previous state.
