Embedding Form
Good morning,
I am trying to embed a form on my site, and it is showing as a pro feature.
I ahve just used the prompt to upgrde, and paid....I have just looked at the license, and it seems I already should have a lifetime pro license with you
- How do I upgrde my account to be able to use the pro features?
- How do I get a refund for my recent payment please?

You have an existing subscription to the Personal WP LTD plan with these privileges
Using the above plan, you have already generated Brizy Pro licenses for projects bodyandbrows.com and alicek2.sg-host.com. You will require an additional subscription if you wish to use Brizy Pro license on a third website. You can use your newly purchased Personal WordPress yearly plan for a third website. Kindly confirm whether you wish to continue with this subscription or cancel it.

I do not need it for a further website, just for bodyandbrows.com - but the pro features are not showing as available.
Please advise how I access the pro features on bodyandbrows.com

Please ensure that you are using these versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro and both plugins are activated.
Kindly also check if you see a notification in your WordPress Dashboard like the one below with a red border. If you do, please share a screenshot of the error.
