Greetings,

If I start with the WP Personal Plan and find that I would like to upgrade to the Pro Plan,

can I be credited with the Payment for the Personal Plan and just pay the difference in price for the upgrade to pro?

  Hello John,

  Yes, you can upgrade or modify your plan from your Brizy account. Kindly follow the procedure below.

  • Signin to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
  • Select the "Billing" option under the "Account" menu
    
  • Click on the "Update subscription" button in the next page
    
    
    
  • To upgrade, kindly the select a different plan by clicking on the "Select" option and the click on the "Continue" button at the bottom
    
    
    
  • Your upgrade price will be calculated in the next page. Provide your consent for the upgrade by selecting the "Confirm" button at the bottom
