2.4 upgrade issues ongoing ..
Hi,
We are trying to be supportive with Brizy and ther wonderful and exciting 2.5 upgrade. I don't see how this oversite can keep going on. Alot of us have been very patiant with the issues.. I would like to list some and realize you may be in the process of "fiixing" them but not sure why its taking months. I home you realize 2.4 is now creating issues since some of us get forced updates to 2.5... and the site crashes. It looks bad in so many ways. I know you may not many staff but come on .. is there any Quality Control when rolling updates?
1)Tranlator press still not working... The toggle and translation. Its one of the few WPML available and would be a deal braker for alot of us... Fix it please
2)Some Themes installed after update to 2.5 the pages all get messed up. We trusted the plugin to work.. At first NEVE backed out and sites with it stopped working.. Now ASTRA is having issues after 2.4. It's very hard to trust a platform that crashed this much. Please fix the issues with ASTRA ..
3)Saving blocks on pages we get quite often "this page needs a refresh.... " this is new and often with 2,5 .. So productivity has gone down..
We are trying to be supportive but people including myself witll start leaving reviews to reflect the quality of service... We want to support and be supportive. Please see this as constructive critisim and not as an attack. I hope you understand, Brizy was and is a product that started off well and promissing...

Thank you for the reply but no progress was made in 3 months and issues were posted and pointed out. It’s a problem…
Mean while the focus seems to be is on new features in the last update. There hasn’t been a progress report concerning these matters.0 -
