I received a payment notice for Brizy PRO Studio.

Can you remind me what this $99.00 renewal with next bill Oct 31, 2024 is for that I don't see in my account.

  Hello Maria,

  On November 1, 2020, you bought Brizy Pro Lifetime plan. This plan gave you access to unlimited Brizy Pro licenses and complimentary access to Brizy Cloud Studio plan for 2 years until November 1, 2022.

  We had extended an offer to all LTD users in September 2021. If an LTD user wanted continued access to the Brizy Cloud platform, they had to purchase a Brizy Pro Studio subscription for $99 per year by September 30th. By taking advantage of this promotion and purchasing the Brizy PRO Studio plan on September 15, 2021, you extended your Brizy Cloud unlimited access until November 1, 2023.

  On October 31, 2023, your Brizy PRO Studio plan was renewed, and its validity was extended to October 31, 2024. Hence the Brizy PRO Studio plan would renew on October 31, 2024. The renewal date that you see in your dashboard Oct 31, 2025 is due to a billing error. We apologize for the error. 

  The Brizy PRO Studio plan gives you additional access to unlimited websites on the Cloud platform. If you plan to develop websites on the Cloud platform, kindly renew the plan; else you can cancel it. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
