Recently paid for WP Brizy Freelancer renewal but Pro Elements not activated in newly registered WP websites

I tried contacting you over a week ago about the fact that I can't get the Pro version to work on my 2nd website. 

You didn't even answer my question to resolve the question. You did not check back with me at all. 

I get an error from WP saying that the filesize of the zipped Pro version is too big. 

What is the solution?
