Weird Popup attached to brizy plugin

I had WPMU dev hustle popup on the website. I uninstalled the plugin and moved the pages only on the website using wordpress eport/import for pages. I have setup the website on a new install and now it seems when I activate the brizy plugin it also activates a sitewide exit intent popup on the website. I have the brizy pro active but even deactivating it the problem persists. It's only when I activate the brizy plugin.

I can not locate what is causing this. I have cleared the server cache, website cache, turned of all plugins and it still persists when I activate the brizy plugin. 

Any idea what would cause this? Is there a specific file that I should look in for some code that needs to be removed?

  Hi Michael,

  The issue appears to be related to the cache. Could you please try disabling Breeze Cache and see if this makes any difference?

  I have tried that, I disabled all plugins and only used brizy and it does the popup. I have tried again at your suggestion turning off the chache plugin and also cleared the server cache and turned off server cache. The problem persists.
