Need to change subscription

Good morning,
I need to change my WP plugin subscription.

I will be charged on October 27, 2024 for the Brizy Freelancer subscription but having only one site built with Brizy, I would like to upgrade to the Brizy Personal plan.

I can't find how to do it because I'm only offered the Wordpress Agency and White Label plans.

Can you help me?

  Hello Gaelle,

  It is not possible to downgrade your subscription from the "Freelancer" plan to the "Personal" plan from your Brizy account. Kindly consider cancelling your current subscription and buying the "Personal" plan available at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-wordpress

  You can generate a new Brzy Pro license from your account and add it to your website after buying the new plan.

  Thank you for your response.
  Will I be refunded for my current "Freelancer" subscription?
  Also, will I lose my content created on my website if I cancel my current subscription and purchase the "Personal" subscription?

  Hello Gaelle,

  If you cancel your Freelancer plan, the content that has been created on your website will not be lost. We have in fact canceled your Freelancer plan and have refunded your renewal transaction of €118. Within seven to ten business days, this transaction should appear on your card statement.

  Feel free to purchase a new plan now.
