External links not updating with new URLs

I am trying to update links on my affiliate website to new external URLs. I update links, in this case button links, and they continue to open as the new link even though the link shows the updated URL.

Please advise.

  Hello Rob,

  Server caching could be a possible reason why the external hyperlinks aren't updated. Have you cleared the server's cache? Please include the URL of the page where the problem is occurring if the problem persists.
