Appsumo code activation

Hello. I've tried to activate my appsumo codes (10codes 50 sites) here https://www.brizy.io/account/deals/

but I have An error message " Coupon cannot be used because you have active subscription(s) to: White Label Cloud".

Must I create an account with a new email (can't I use my current account?).

  Hello D Nico,

  Unfortunately the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan cannot be stacked along with the White Label Cloud plan. Kindly sign up for a new account and redeem the code there.

  I plan to buy 10 other codes (20 codes/100sites). If I cancel my white label subscription will I be able to activate them on my current account?

  Hello Nico,

  Yes; once you cancel your White Label Cloud plan, you can redeem your AppSumo plans in your current account
