Subscription cancellation

Hey team, I'm trying to cancel my subscription to Brizy cloud but whenever I click on "Request cancellation" I'm caught in a hellish loop that sends me back to the cancellation dashboard, that sends me back to a typeform, that sends me back to the dashboard... Could you please help me?

  We apologize for the inconvenience. We manually cancel your subscription after receiving a request via the cancellation form at https://www.brizy.io/cancel.

  We are happy to cancel your subscription to the Personal Cloud plan. Would you mind sharing with us your reason for cancelling your plan?

  Hi, 
  
  I no longer need the tool as I'm now able to create landing pages on our WP CMS (after a website revamp). This is the only use I had of Brizy.

  We have cancelled your subscription to the Personal Cloud plan and it is scheduled to expire on November 24, 2024
