Got PRO but each template is asking me to upgrade to PRO

I'm on the PRO plan on Briny Cloud but when I choose a template it's asking me to upgrade to PRO. Would you know what's going on? Thanks.

  Hello Annie,

  I see that you have activated PRO licenses on 5 projects. Hopefully your question is already answered. If not, kindly get back to us with more details.

  Hi KC,

  I only have 4 that are published. When I click on Activate Pro it shows 0/5 licenses available but I only have 4 projects showing.

  Would you know what else I need to do?

  Hi Annie

  I see 3 PRO projects under your "My Personal Projects" workspace and 2 PRO projects under the "Listing Directories" workspace. You have a total of 5 PRO projects. Kindly see this screen recording https://jmp.sh/DKHjxj5b

  Ok thanks KC. I appreciate your help. I’m still learning lol. Will keep things in draft in the meantime and publish only when sure of the project. Thanks again!
